Holm & Grut Arkitekter is behind this architectural gem, which is the first extension of CPH airport's finger root C.
The magnificent ceiling is sculptural with its large, round opening. For finger root C, DAMPA has supplied 1,516 sqm. Clip-In Tiles with bevelled edge, which work in perfect interaction with the rest of the ceiling to give an extraordinary visual expression.
The tiles' function, in addition to the visual and aesthetic, as acoustic regulation. This is done by means of the perforation of the tiles and the inserted acoustic felt.
In a large open hall like this, where there are many people on a daily basis, the acoustics are hugely important.
Since then, DAMPA has also had the honor of supplying ceilings for CPH Airport's Terminal 2 and Security Control.
